PEACEFUL PRANA THERAPY
PORTLAND, OREGON AND FORT LAUDERDALE THERAPIST
“There is nothing more whole than a broken heart.”
- Rabbi Mendel of Kotzk
Our deepest pain often guides you to wholeness.
You might’ve landed here because you’re overwhelmed by your daily experience. It’s as if you’re completely flooded with emotion or doing everything you can to avoid the emotions. You realize how much energy it takes to live this way.
You're consumed by racing, judgmental thoughts. It feels as if you constantly worry about your future and feel sick from shame about your past so there’s no connection to the present. It could feel as if living in the present isn’t available to you, it’s what other people get to experience.
You’re ready to move toward the pain but it’s scary to try to face these parts of yourself alone and you’re uncertain of the next step.
Through collaboration, connection and trust we’ll find what works for your system to move toward the pain to break patterns, learn new ways of thinking and connect with the wisdom of your body. I believe that the answers are already within you, it's clearing away the unprocessed trauma that disconnects you from your light so that you can live a heart-centered life.

What would it mean to live a heart-centered life? A life where you’re able to feel the pain and joy of being alive as you learn to hold space for the full range of your experiences. A life where you have the ability to listen to the guidance of your soul and trust your inner light even in the darkest of times.

You’re open to a new level of awareness and know this is the first step toward change. Awareness offers choice, it creates the path to change and allows for new experiences. Awareness shifts form.

If you can listen to what feels right to you as you explore my website...
...allow your intuition to guide you in this process.
Therapy is a vulnerable experience and research shows that feeling your therapist is a good fit is one of the most important factors in change and healing.

I’m grateful to be on this path with you as I move through my own mental, emotional, and spiritual evolution in this human experience.

We’ll work together to build a relationship that creates safety, understanding, and connection so that you have a space to be truly yourself.

Throughout the website, I've shared photos of the natural world that I've taken from my travels, near and far, that connected me to the energy of the Earth. The power of this energy is my guide—I feel rooted in stability, truth, and harmony, which I believe we can all tap into as it's our true nature.

Peaceful Prana was created out of the beautiful Sanskrit word, Prana, which has various interpretations in English such as “life force energy”, “vital energy”, and “air or breath of life” or “primary energy”.

Prana is the life force that’s present in everything around us. From Sanskrit, "pra" meaning to “bring forth” and "na", meaning “to breathe” or “movement”, so it’s translated to “breathing forth” or “moving forth” as it relates to the idea that our energy is dynamic. You can imagine the constant ebb and flow of your breath. There’s a continuous flow and movement.

Prana is the energy that powers your system, so when it moves—when you bring forth this energy—then you can be in flow with life. The quality of our prana can shift and improve through connection to yourself and the world around you. Through physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual practices you can align with this energy to create peace—to trust the flow.
