I’ve learned personally and professionally that when life seems too much to handle and it feels like it can’t get any worse, can also be the time we’re lead toward a period of exploration and self-growth. The darkness leads us to seek out the light; to open up to a new way of thinking and to explore new ways of being in this world.

My passion is to help self-identified women feel secure in their darkness and their light; to slow down so that they gain self awareness and learn to trust themselves.

This trust is how women can make decisions with ease, let their guard down, connect with others and feel open to new experiences (even ones not within their control). I want women to learn how to take care of themselves in a sustainable way so that even when things don’t work out as planned they’ll be able to handle it.

In our work together women gain insight and learn how to use this insight to create change in their lives.

Peaceful Prana Therapy is a place where you can laugh and cry at the same time because humor heals and tears cleanse. 


A place to get curious about yourself and the world around you. A place where all sides of you are welcome. It's where you come to feel understood, explore you deepest desires and share what you've held inside for so long. 


I deeply believe in the pairing of spirituality, energy work and yogic philosophy with scientific therapeutic interventions to help people create change and find true inner peace.
