You’re ready to end the constant internal battle so that you trust yourself to make decisions with ease.  


Learn that it’s normal to have needs, that your voice matters and your desires are valuable. You deserve to enjoy life and feel grateful for the beauty that’s all around you.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Yoga Instructor but also known as a lover of self-compassion, believer in the power of connection and a non-judgmental ear that wants to hear your story.

I created Peaceful Prana Therapy because I believe we all need a safe space to go when life feels too hard. I believe that the answers are already inside of us- sometimes we just need help to uncover them. All are welcome here.
